Picture Book Library Haul

Before visiting with my niece, I like to stock up on “new” books from the library. It is fun to have a bunch of books we have not read before and can discover together. Last time I got a surprise bundle where the Librarian chooses 15 books for you. This time I decided to choose 15 books myself. I looked for books about spring, doctors/vets, ghosts, upcoming events such as birthdays and Earth Day and a few books that just looked adorable.

What are your favourite children’s books to share with your kids? How do you choose library books? Do you look them up ahead of time, ask a Librarian or just go with what ever you find?
